Appreciado is a new web and mobile tool that connects office administrators and patients without EVER having to talk on the phone, helping admins to work more efficiently, rewarding clients with gift points, and saving clinics lots of time and money.

I was tasked with creating a video that would introduce the software, but more importantly explain the “why” of their product and find its heart. I came up with a concept and script that brought personality to the ones and zeroes, and rendered it in a warm hand-drawn style that makes it extra relatable.
