Data links gender inclusive leadership with everything from increased corporate profits to effective peace-keeping. But meaningful change is more than a numbers game.
Research shows that leaders who embrace traditionally feminine qualities, such as collaboration and empathy, create thriving organizations and societies. To achieve gender-balanced global representation, we must redefine leadership through a feminist lens.
